The fruit spread is made with:
- hand-picked saffron, dried at low temperatures to preserve its organoleptic properties
- local apples.
It has a delicate, refined taste and a yellow color derived from the saffron.
In the fruit spread, the fruit is completely smooth because it is blended; it is free from lumps or residue, making it ideal for spreading.
Excellent for breakfast, but especially great with fresh cheeses.
Since the fruit spread contains no preservatives, once the jar is opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed as soon as possible to preserve its aroma and taste.
