The "Nocciola del Monviso"® was born at the foot of Monviso, where the plain meets the mountains, benefiting from a very mild microclimate that allows for the growth of large, crunchy, and tasty hazelnuts.

As they are grown by the certified organic Agri-Geuna® farm, they receive no pesticides or herbicides. All processing is carried out with the aim of "pampering" the plants to make them more productive and produce higher-quality crops.

The variety we have chosen for our "Nocciola del Monviso"® is the Tonda Gentile.

Shelled hazelnuts are convenient, practical, and ready to eat, and they make a great addition to any table. After opening the vacuum-packed bag, we recommend storing them in airtight glass jars (like jam jars) to preserve their crunch and aroma.

Excellent for enjoying a relaxing post-dinner with friends, chatting pleasantly over a glass of red wine and snacking on two hazelnuts, or as an aperitif alongside chips, peanuts, and cold cuts. Don't worry if you're watching your figure—try them in a salad with celery, robiola cheese, and "Nocciola del Monviso"®.

They can be easily toasted in a pan or oven to enhance their aroma.

The shells are also an excellent biofuel for all your heating needs, from the fireplace to the pizza oven.
