Agri-Geuna® continues to recommend raw shelled hazelnuts so that you can fully enjoy and benefit from all their properties, but as TOASTED hazelnuts are in high demand, it has decided to meet this demand by expanding its product range.
For artisanal use, restaurants, Solidary Purchasing Groups (GAS), all lovers of fine food, or simply anyone who wants a healthy and wholesome diet.

The "Monviso Hazelnut"® is born at the foot of Monviso, where the plain meets the mountains, benefiting from a very mild microclimate that allows for the growth of large, crunchy, and tasty hazelnuts.
Being grown by Agri-Geuna® certified organic farm, they receive no pesticides or herbicides. All cultivation practices are carried out with the aim of "pampering" the plants to make them more productive and produce higher-quality crops.
The variety we have chosen for our "Monviso Hazelnut"® is the Tonda Gentile.
Shelled hazelnuts are convenient, practical, and ready to eat, and they make for a lovely addition to any table. After opening the vacuum-packed bag, we recommend storing them in airtight glass jars (like jam jars) to preserve their crunch and aroma.
Excellent for enjoying a relaxing post-dinner with friends, chatting pleasantly over a glass of red wine and nibbling on two hazelnuts, or as an aperitif alongside chips, peanuts, and cold cuts. Don't worry if you're watching your figure—try them in a salad with celery, robiola cheese, and "Monviso Hazelnut"®.
They can be easily toasted in a pan or oven to enhance their aroma.
Furthermore, the shells make excellent biofuel for all your heating sources, from the fireplace to the pizza oven. Don't forget they can also be used as mulch in your garden.

Tutte rancide, nemmeno una mangiabile, ho dovuto buttarle, sparse sul prato in giardino per gli uccelli. Prego vedere foto allegate.
Non immaginavo mai che una ditta del Piemonte, specializzata in frutta secca, potesse vendere prodotti rancidi, che sono dannosi alla salute.
