Complete nature experience
We set off: with a visit and explanation in the hazelnut grove, then a moment of relaxation, followed by dinner at the restaurant, after which you will spend the night in a tent in the field under the starry sky; it will conclude with breakfast and a visit to the medieval Cistercian Abbey of Staffarda, finally taking us to the source of the Po, Italy's longest river.
The Abbey of Staffarda, in Piedmont, is a magical 12th-century place. With its Gothic arches and silent cloisters, it makes you imagine the life of the Cistercian monks. Guided tours reveal hidden secrets and there are fun workshops for children, such as writing with quill pens. It is the ideal place for an unforgettable adventure into the past!
The Po River, Italy's longest at 652 kilometers, rises from Monviso and crosses the Po Valley to the Adriatic Sea. It passes through cities such as Turin and Ferrara, and is vital for agriculture thanks to the water it provides. Rich in history, it was a trade route and has inspired many legends. Today it offers natural parks and cycle paths. The Po is a precious resource for Italy, full of history and natural beauty.
We are located just 30 min from Monviso, 50 min from Turin and 1h from the Piedmontese Langhe, what are you waiting for, come visit us.
This experience can be done by a maximum of two people.
